Sold with Daniel's books on Sotheby's, 26 July 1864, lot 1438. Signature of Scipio Squyer, and dated 5 May 160[9] on the title page. The Huth copy (with bookplate) acquired by Mr. Cochran in November 1911 prior to the public sale. Gift of Alexander S. Cochran, December 1911.
