Woodfall is listed as the second bookseller in the imprint for v. 1-2; Corbet is listed as the second bookseller in the imprint for v. 3-8; Longman does not appear in the imprint for v. 3-8; Johnson's preface is paginated continuously with other prefatory matter: [v]-clv [i.e. clxxv]; half titles present in all volumes; no cancelled leaves.
