Written in a small round gothic bookhand by two scribes. Scribe 1: ff. 1r-37v, 67v-75v; Scribe 2: ff. 39r-67r.
Abstract:
This treatise by Moamin (Oxaminus may be a variation of his name) is divided into three sections, all on falconry; the second and third are preceded by lists of chapters. Missing is the prologue. The fourth section appears later in the volume (see art. 6).
Manuscript on parchment of 1) Moamin, Treatise on Falconry, parts 1-3. 2) Treatise of Dancus rex. 3) Treatise of Guillelmus falconarius. Artt. 4-5: Anonymous treatises on horses. 6) Moamin, part 4, on dogs.
