The corners and outer edges of the final leaves damaged.
Formularium novum, copied after an unbound exemplar in the hands of master Ulrich, librarius at the papal court in Rome. Preserved from the end of chapter 531 up to the end of the text, i.e. chapter 586. The date 1308 is found in a letter on f. 1v. Many documents have connections with Bologna.
