Deacon at the Angel in Guilt-Spur Street"; another edition, R228749, has no woodcuts and lacks "Entred according to order" at end of title, with the imprint "Printed for I. Deacon."
The Beinecke Library version has the imprint "Printed for J. Deacon at the Angel in Guilt-Spur Street", and has woodcuts, but lacks "Entred according to Order" at end of title.
