Manuscript roll, on vellum, in a single hand, containing Latin prayers from the Sarum breviary, followed by Middle English devotional lyrics.
- Description

Binding: modern red morocco case.
Decoration: initial large miniature of the Virgin Mary and child. Numerous burnished gold initials on red or blue grounds with foliate sprays; numerous internal initials in either burnished gold or red or blue penwork.
Formerly owned by Harvey Frost. From the collection of Toshiyuki Takamiya, 2013-.
Layout: single column.
Script: gothic bookhand.
The Middle English lyrics appear in several other manuscripts, including the Vernon MS (Bodleian Library). - Extent
