There appear to have been two editions of this book, both published in 1919. In one, the last page number is 307, and the text ends with "Note--up to this point the text pages only have been numbered ..." In the other edition, the "Note" is followed by another section entitled "The Peace Treaty," which begins on page 308 and ends on page 320, but is not included in the "Table of Contents."
